The dress from A piece of chic is a stunning turquoise color with a slanted skirt , open arms and a scooped neckline. There are shoes to match. I teamed this with the bracelets from Baubles By Phe, as I thought the black and silver tones really complimented the look. All the above are available at Designer Circle.
